Six Mile Creek - Grapes, Pates, and is that an offer?

Ah, Six Mile Creek Winery: easily elevated to hidden--and nearby--gem after visiting for the Harvest Festival. Maybe if I'd paid more attention to the view from the tasting room I'd have noticed the landscaping and quaint pond (plus fountain!); however, I actually had to walk down the slope and stand beside said pond before thinking to snap a picture:









After that--or maybe before, my memory cannot be trusted--a hay ride took the Social Capers crew around part of the vineyard. This ride was both surprisingly comfortable and informative--not something I'm accustom to in my extensive hay-riding experience.

While reviewing the pictures at my leisure, I've have discovered what I'll tactfully interpret as a gracious offer to make the hay ride just that much more enjoyable! Thank you ma'am, but no, Meghan has that covered.
