Keuka Lake Capers proceed despite fowl opposition
Destination: Keuka Lake's west side wineries
Our first shortcut was nearly thwarted by these vagrant chickens. It's only four chickens, you might say--don't get technical with me about the chicken/rooster difference--but these four cluckers were just the vanguard; what you can't see from this picture (on account of my laziness) is the head-bobbing horde that surrounded the vehicle on all sides!
This was not to be the last avian adversity we had to overcome that day.

I do not believe that our fowl feathered friends like the poster - cluckers, swans, geese - all had a bone to pick with him that day
ReplyDeleteYea! What the hell -- those Mackenzie Child's attack geese were particularly offended by my presence.
